I am writing to request prayers / absent / distance healing for my dog Slick, an 8 year old springer spaniel / collie cross. He has over the last few weeks become very ill and has had so many tests he is like a little pin cushion. The veterinary consultant has confirmed that his condition is something called 'pure red blood aplasia', which is a form of severe canine anaemia The prognosis is not very good and hes poorly, but we have opted for a course of drugs and regular drug transfusions that will give him his best chance - The only problem with this are the side effects which are numerous, but as I say after much soul searching, and despite the cost, this is his only chance. If you have some sort of healing list, I (and he!) would appreciate very much, if you could add him to it. He's a lovely pooch, and we hate to see him siffer, and at 8 years old, should have many years left in him yet.. As I say, his name is Slick, hes a springer spaniel/collie cross, aged 8 and living in London. Thanks Sam |

My son has been shot in Falujah. I wanted to get everyone to pray for my son Chad Today, Sunday, I got a call from the Army that my son had been shot in the head. I am asking for all your prayers. He was in a Humvee going through Falujah fighting and a gang of militia fighters fired on the Humvee and hit Chad in the head. The driver got him out of the city and took him to Baghdad . He was in fatal condition, but now has been upgraded to stable critical . His dad and I are on standby to fly to Washington then on to Germany as soon as the military calls us to go. The Army is trying to stabilize him enough to fly to Germany and at that time we will leave. Please pray that my son will not have brain damage and that he will be restored and healed by the grace of God. I ask for you to pass this prayer request on so there will be many prayer warriors praying for him. Thank you so much and I will try to keep you updated on his condition. While on routine check up, they heard wheezing in his lungs. They are concerned and have put him on a medical "hold." He's devastated as he loves what he is doing. He has not had asthma since he was 12 and this allowed him to join the airforce. They told him if they find him to have asthma or any other illness, he will be medically discharged from the airforce. He called me crying because he does not want to come home. He was doing extremely well and was also on an honor graduate class for his special ops training. If you have a moment and can send a prayer in his name, I'd appreciate it. God bless!!! Lord, I pray that you will cover David with your love and grace, that it is Your will that he be allowed to stay in the air force, since that is the desire of his heart. He was transferred to another team which he tells her is making him depressed because this team is those who want to go home or are mentally unstable or say they are. He wants to serve his country and wants to go back to his team who wanted to be there and were positive. He wants to graduate with his team. Please continue to pray for his physical, spiritual and emotional health. I'm also asking for prayer for another 19 yr. old whose name is also David and his family (peace and unity). He was hit by a car while crossing the street. The driver sped off and left him for dead. He's now in coma. He's my son's friend. Pray for complete recovery, physical, spiritual and emotional healing. Pray that my son also have peace and conformity in his heart and soul. to you and your family in the liberated name of our lord
and Savior Jesus. I am Femi Jackson, your Christian
Sister and a Prisoner of Jesus patiently enduring the
suffering that comes to those who belongs to His kingdom
here. A predominately Islamic area here in Edo. My age is
45; I gave my life to Christ in the year of our Lord 1986.
I was happily married with 5 children, before I was
arrested on June 5th 1995 for preaching the word of God
in an Islamic Primary school where I was a Teacher. I
have been on awaiting trial here for 10 years without any
bail and my family finally abandoned me about 4 years ago.
By the special grace of God I am the Cell Pastor
here at female block. There are currently 54 inmates in
this cell, about 50 of us are now Christians, while on ly
4 are still Muslims and my humble prayer is for God to
touch the lives of these Muslim inmates, I often take the
morning devotional Prayers every morning (6-7:30 am) and
I take the Bible study class every Monday and Friday.
Most of my Christian inmates have so much interest for
God's word and are always delighted after each Bible
studies, and they can hardly wait for Mondays and Fridays
to come, sometimes they requested me to have a Bible
discussion class with them on Wednesdays or Thursday.
Most of them can read and write a language called "English"
because some were fortunate to acquire former Education
from our Colonial masters who came from England.
We are faced with so much poverty and malnutrition here.
Everyday, I am under the pressure of my concern for all
my Christian inmates, I have often been without enough
food, clothing. My major purpose of writing you this
letter is t o ask your hands in Prayers, for the lord to
vindicate the innocent Poor and needy inmates here and to
make request for Bibles for all my fellow Christian
inmates. We are faced with much poverty and malnutrition
here; most of us are having difficulties because of the
problems of poor feeding which result from malnutrition.
In the presence of our lord Jesus, I beg you to send my
Christian inmates Bibles with 20 Large Print Characters,
especially King James Version, New or used ones or cheap
ones will be appreciated. Please remember them in your
daily prayers, their names are: (and she lists off all 50
names of her fellow Christian inmates.) Beloved in
Christ, we are pleading you for this great request of
Bibles And Books for distribution among ourselves.
Without Bibles our Devotional service are incomplete
because Bible and other Gospel Materials are the tools
that build Christian faith. Above all, we have Passion
for lost sinners like us. We want to work for Christ. We
must Stand with Christ to work with the great commission.
(Matthew 28-19). Finally we thank you for all your work
in spreading the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is
our prayers daily that our Lord Jesus Christ Will Bless
and supply all your need according to His riches in glory

Bible I have been reading since I came to into the Cell
is now too old, from the book of Genesis to the book of

may lay in your heart for my in-depth studies of Gods
