Statement of Faith

We believe the following to be true: (Faith Is...)

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. The Holy Scriptures as originally given by God are divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and constitute the only supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct, containing both the Truth and the Power of GOD. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: GOD the Father, GOD the Son and GOD the Holy Spirit. (Who GOD Is)

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, fully GOD, fully man, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His supernatural miracles and healing, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, his ongoing mediatorial work, and in His personal return in power and glory to judge the nations and reward those who believe. (GOD the SON)

We believe the salvation of lost and sinful humanity is possible only through the merits of the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, received by faith apart from works, and is characterized by regeneration by the Holy Spirit. JESUS died in our place, and offers each man the forgiveness of their sins. (John 3:16)

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, sent to earth on the day of Pentecost, changes our hearts and gives life to our spirits when we accept the gift of Salvation offer by Christ JESUS, which enables believers to daily live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ, and live as JESUS would, and prompts us to repent when we fall short and sin. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation, and in the eternal nature of the spirit of man, and that after death, we will either be forever separated from GOD in our unbelief, or forever rejoicing with Him because of His gift of Salvation. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, and that the local church is for Christians to receive instruction and encouragement for their daily living and training to make disciples of all men. (visit our Church)
