Come Home

Come home come home come home to me at last, come home my precious child come join in my repast.

Come home and let me show you all the good you’ve done, come home at last to me my loving precious son.

It’s time for you to leave there now and come on home to me, where you will abide forever throughout eternity.

Leave behind the aches the pains and the groans, come home to me where such things will never again be known.

Leave behind the oxygen the walker and the cane, I promise you my son you’ll never need any of them again.

Leave behind all fear all worries and every bit of sorrow, there’s nothing here to consider except Heaven’s Tomorrow.

You’ll not miss your loved ones you’ll be busy with those who came before; they’re all waiting anxiously to meet you at the door.

As for those you’ll be leaving well they won’t be far behind, so you see my precious son you’ll have perfect peace of mind.

Come home come home come home I’m standing at the gate, it’s time for you to come now and I can hardly wait!

Welcome Home My Child My Son;
Your work on earth has been well done.

You have been a witness to many while on earth;
And you've shared the story about the miracle birth.

You never hid the fact that you loved Me,
You shared the Word no matter what the need be.

You spoke of Me often to family and friends;
And you showed how faith can strengthen and often mends.

You did your best to always give glory to Me;
And for this; you will live eternally.

And now the time has come for you to rest;
I'm taking you home as My special guest.

Welcome Home My daughter; My child; My son;
Your work on earth has been well done.
