My Testimony

This is a love-letter to my LORD and Saviour, JESUS Christ, Son of GOD and Very GOD, in appreciation for all that He has done for me! In HIS Service, For HIS Glory: Carole A.R. Lilly, Servant of the Most High GOD.

My life, my health, my strength ... comes from The LORD, maker of Heaven and Earth! When you see me working hard for JESUS - you are watching a miracle of life! I was born a S.I.D.S. baby and frequently stopped breathing, my Mother prayed for me and the Lord put the life back into my body, and the breath of GOD into my lungs. I thank GOD, that He gave me a Mother and Father who watched over me and didn't leave me lifeless in the crib... The frequent anoxia left me with learning disabilities, but GOD put His Holy Word in my heart and mind and blessed my feeble abilities so much, that with The LORD's help and direction I was able to achieve great things in life. I graduated top of my class from Medical School - the LORD blessed me to absorb every word of medical teaching... I had a very successful life and business, through continuous onslaught of enemy attacks on my health and life. The process was greatly delayed, due to clean living, eating a balanced diet, drinking water and milk, and taking wonderful nutritional supplements that restored my health on a daily basis, but working made me so sick. The harder I worked - the sicker I got - until there was no life left in me again. I was bed-ridden, unable to walk or even feed myself. My sweet Son, my best friend and confidant, stood by me through the most difficult times of my life, helping me make good decisions with the Wisdom of GOD invested in him. My loving Husband cared for me and spoon fed me, provided for me as I was not able to what I loved most - work. I continued to get weaker and lethargic, I was finally diagnosed: CFIDS - Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome and Fibromyalgia with intense body, muscle, bone and skin pain; Neuralgia, Left sided body weakness, Thyroid death, Stress induced illnesses: Panic/Anxiety Disorder, Hypertension and heart trouble, Bells Palsy causing facial drooping. There was nothing the Doctors could do to cure me; only treat the symptoms. They made me as comfortable as possible while I waited to die. But GOD wasn't finished with me yet! With nothing left but my Faith in GOD, knowing that He loves me, and has my best interest at heart, I continued to seek GOD's will for my life. A promise and prophecy was given to me that my health would be restored when I moved to Forest, VA. My husband and I were in the process of helping our Pastor, Reverend Jeff Spencer with his new church assignment and were commuting over an hour each way to help out with his new church, of which I am a member, and serve on the Worship Team. I am a born-again believer, and I have given my all to GOD, but now I am learning to lean on Him. Not able to do anything in my own strength... I learned that my life, my health, my strength ... comes from The LORD, maker of Heaven and Earth! Daily I anoint myself with oil and consecrate myself to The LORD and His service... I read and study the Word of GOD, Praise and Worship Him, and pray, pray, pray! I pray The Lord's Prayer, The Prayer of Jabez, pray in the Spirit, pray for others, pray for the needs sent to me on the Prayer Ministry. I dedicate my body to the Lord, requesting that He would give me "The Mind of Christ, The Heart of GOD, and The Wisdom of GOD" to know and to do that which is right. and that He will raise up His strength within me to accomplish what I must accomplish this day. Daily I walk with GOD, working hard for JESUS, cleaning the roads in my community for my LORD and my neighbors. I pray and praise as I walk and pick up trash, and claim my community for Christ! The LORD gives me His strength to accomplish His work, and I have dedicated myself to GOD's service in whatever way He chooses to use me. Over the years GOD has healed me of so many things that I know I can trust Him with my life, as He controls my life, health and strength. Our GOD is a GOD of Miracles! I am just one of them!

I am currently a Music Minister for Bread Of Heaven Ministries, and Minister in Training studying under Kenneth Hagin RHEMA Bible Training Institute. Another miracle ~ The LORD gave me the gift of music and is continually teaching me more and more - I sing, play rhythm keybord and guitar; and currently lead a Worship Team.
