Prayer for Our Pastor
Lord, bless our precious Pastor as he does Your work, today,
And keep him pure and righteous as he walks the narrow way.

Increase his understanding of the truths You'd have him speak,
And make him strong and fearless in the places he is weak.

Lord, give him time to study, and to read your Word, and pray,
Without the small distractions that can eat away the day.

Help him to sow with confidence, and nourish every seed,
As lovingly the Spirit speaks to hearts that have a need.

Please, give him boldness to proclaim the message of Your grace.
While firmly centered in Your will, each doubt and fear erase.

And may he honor his dear wife with sweet and loving care,
To keep alive and vibrant all the tender love they share.

Dear Lord, continue using him, and bless his ministry,
With trophies of Your love that last throughout eternity.

Live The Life

We're passengers aboard the train
Silent little lambs amidst the pain
That's no longer good enough
And when it's time to speak our faith
We use a language no one can explain
That's no longer good enough
And God knows it's a shame
'Cause if we look to pass the blame
We are not the worthy bearers of His name
